A large refrigerator, freezer or washing machine can be difficult to handle on your own. We help from the vehicle all the way to the installation location.

Preparation before installation
A safe installation begins before the appliance arrives at your home. The installation location needs to be prepared for the appliance.
- The appliance must fit in the available space
- Width, height and depth must be checked
- Doorways and the transport route must be sufficient
- Water and drainage must be available where required
- The electrical connection must be correct and accessible
- A shut-off valve and leak protection must be available when needed
- Hoses and cables must be able to be installed without being pinched
If the necessary conditions are not in place, the work should not be forced through.
We will explain what needs to be addressed before the installation can be completed.
Water, drainage and electricity – safety first
Water-connected and electrical appliances need to be connected correctly to reduce the risk of leaks, water damage and electrical faults.
- Dishwashers and washing machines need suitable water and drainage connections
- The installation location must have the necessary protection against water leaks
- Water-connected refrigerators need to be checked before connection
- Appliances with plugs are connected to correctly installed sockets
- Fixed electrical connections must be completed by a registered electrical installation company
When authorised plumbing or electrical expertise is required, we can coordinate the right professional.
We do not carry out technical work in a way that compromises the customer’s home or safety.
Removal of old appliances
Do you need to get rid of your old appliance when the new one is delivered? We can combine delivery, installation and removal in the same booking.
